Ribbon cable assemblies with SPEEDflex

Our SPEEDflex IDC connectors are manufactured in our factory in Ireland. These DIN connectors (produced according to EN60603-13) are characterized by a very good price-quality ratio and are plug-in compatible with all systems available on the market. We can also produce assemblies using our connectors, according to your specific needs, even for very small quantity orders. We produce these ribbon cable assemblies according to UL Wiring Harnesses ZPFW.2 and ZPFW.8, E334642 also UL certified. Other possibilities include round-flat cables or single wire assemblies, spliced cables, daisy-chain assemblies, pre-printed cables, as well as customer-specific labels & packaging. All cable assemblies are 100% electrically tested.

We offer the following connector variations for ribbon cable assembly:

Female Headers with a pitch of 2.54x2.54mm in pole numbers 6, 8, 10, 14, 16, 20, 26, 34, 40, 50, 60 The connectors are available with or without Guiding Lug, Strain-Relief, coded pins, pre-assembled brackets. Our product code: SPFHxx-xxxx Transition Connectors (direct solder connector) also with a pitch of 2.54x2.54mm and in pole numbers 10, 14, 16, 20, 26, 34, 40, 50, 60.

Options include Strain-Relief, "kinked! pins, missing pins for coding, different pin lengths.

With a pitch of 7.62x2.54mm - Number of poles: 8, 14, 16

With a pitch of 15.24x2.54mm - Number of poles: 24, 40
